CIRCUIT TRAINING 4-19-18
This is a circuit training workout conducted in my garage gym utilizing our ARCHON Fitness equipment: ARCHON Wall Mount Cable Station, ARCHON Multi-Grip Olympic Bar, ARCHON Trap / Hex Bar, ARCHON Slam Balls, and my commercial TRX Bands.
Both Circuits Separately
15-20 Reps / 5 Rounds / 1 Min Break / Repeat to 5 Rounds
